Adjustments

When vertebrae shift or become fixated, there is an overall systemic response from the muscular system to the central nervous system. Without proper alignment and flow, our nerves, our immune system, and our minds cannot function at their highest peak.

Spinal adjustments are an excellent way to keep the body functioning at its highest level without any discomfort. When the body is adequately aligned, it becomes able to respond and perform as it was built to do.

Our doctors utilize a variety of comfortable and effective techniques so that every patient’s chiropractic experience is tailored specifically to their needs. We are trained in traditional Diversified adjustments, Thompson drop table, Activator/Impulse Gun, and SOT.

Percussion

Percussive therapy devices deliver rapid, targeted pulses deep into muscle tissue to provide relief from soreness, tension, and stiffness while improving circulation and flexibility. These handheld devices are used by our doctors during your visit, and work by using high-frequency vibrations to break up muscle knots, reduce inflammation, and increase blood flow to treated areas. This can help alleviate chronic pain conditions, reduce delayed onset muscle soreness (DOMS), improve range of motion, and speed up recovery time between workouts or physical activities. Using this device in conjunction with your adjustment helps you stay active, reduce injury risk, and maintain better overall muscle health.

Flexion Distraction

A chiropractic flexion distraction table is a specialized treatment table that gently stretches and decompresses the spine through controlled, rhythmic movements to relieve back pain and improve spinal function. This non-invasive technique works by creating negative pressure within the spinal discs, which can help retract herniated or bulging disc material, reduce pressure on pinched nerves, and increase space between vertebrae. The gentle pumping motion of the table enhances blood flow and nutrient delivery to damaged tissues while promoting natural healing and pain relief without the need for forceful adjustments or medications. Patients often find this treatment particularly beneficial for conditions such as disc herniations, sciatica, spinal stenosis, and chronic lower back pain, with many experiencing significant improvement in mobility and reduction in pain levels. The treatment feels like a gentle, relaxing stretch and is well-tolerated by most patients, including those who may be uncomfortable with traditional manual spinal adjustments, making it an excellent option for safe, effective spinal care and rehabilitation.
